When we had to ask several of our team members to start working from home, in view of the Covid-19 lockdown, this was precisely what we went through ourselves.
Our IT teams had to support us in a big way to ensure that all our associates were supplied with desktops or laptops at their home premises and that they had the necessary connectivity needed to continue working on their client projects.
Kudos to our IT team for implementing our business continuity plan so well that all our teams are able to work in a virtually connected workplace, powered by systems, technology, and connectivity. Our teams are now able to ensure effective service delivery to our clients from remote locations, without any interruptions.
